AIDA Terms and Conditions:

Welcome to AIDA - Authored Intangible Digital Assets© ("AIDA"). These terms and conditions govern your use of the AIDA platform to create non-fungible tokens (NFTs) for perfume formulas.

By using the AIDA platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you may not use the platform.

You may use the AIDA platform to create NFTs that represent your perfume formulas. You must provide accurate and complete information about your perfume formula when creating an NFT. You are responsible for any content that you upload to the platform.

You retain ownership of your perfume formula and any associated intellectual property rights. By creating an NFT on the AIDA platform, you grant AIDA a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and distribute the NFT for the purposes of providing the platform services.

You must pay a fee to create an NFT on the AIDA platform. The fee will be determined by AIDA and may be subject to change at any time.

You may sell your NFT on the AIDA platform or on other marketplaces that support NFTs. AIDA will take a commission on any sales made on the platform.

AIDA uses state-of-the-art security measures to protect your data and the data stored on the platform. However, AIDA cannot guarantee the security of the platform or any data stored on the platform.

If you have a dispute with another user or with AIDA, you agree to resolve the dispute through arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the Camera Arbitral di Milano.

AIDA may terminate your use of the platform at any time for any reason. If AIDA terminates your use of the platform, you will not be entitled to any refunds or compensation.

AIDA may change these terms and conditions at any time. If AIDA changes these terms and conditions, it will provide notice to users. Your continued use of the platform after any changes to these terms and conditions constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Country of Italy. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Country of Italy.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and AIDA with respect to the use of the platform. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
